The Montrose
The Montrose Plantation was built in 1889.
Over the years it has been a working plantation, a private home, a children's home, the Sunset Bar, the Strodos restaurant, and now the Montrose Plantation.
People, for years have reported seeing a woman on the stairway and around the bar area.
Noises, voices, and uneasy feelings have been reported.
Old staff members have reported alarms going off when no one was around. Lights going on and off.
Leaving the building and having all lights turned off, only to turn around and they be turned on.
After hearing the claims and reports of staff members we did an investigation.
Below are our findings.
